Does not work.
I enter the old password, and what I want my new password to be twice.
When I hit enter, I get a message indicating
Items that need attention:
Password cannot be empty.

Then your password is empty, or there is a bug in the system. If there is a bug in the system, you should report that in the Site Bugs & Suggestions forum.

You don't need to describe what to click on, can just give a link. All users use the same Settings URL, even though the data is per-account.

It is not just about providing a link, part of it is about teaching.
