Hi All,
Im working on an application to send sms to the mobile using way2sms API. I have tried a lot and I browsed for the solution. The solutions that I gotin the internet are not working. Can any one assist me for the solution?

I have already tried these links and I didnt get any output. I have tries now once again but the problem is not solved.
I got the below exception for the third link

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 192.168.10.1:808
