Can't seem to find a code snippet to send a file as binary string with 2 extra string values to api using c#

What I have tried:

No resource to such an example

start studying and experimenting ...state why you don't save a file using one of the standard, built-in, facilities, and a standard file-format.

A file is a binary string. So all you need to do is to read the file in blocks of bytes, and send it to the api. The receiver then just needs to combine all the blocks together and write then to the new file.
