Hello . I made a page of website and i can not responsive it . I just used position relative for it with out using flex or float . How can i responsive it ?

What I have tried:

I tried media queries but it didnt work . Even i can not preview my responsive in chrome .

Then it might be a good idea to ask your favorite search engine for "responsive web design"
and then start learning it by following a tutorial e.g. HTML Responsive Web Design[^]
