How to change empty github repo to the all java file/folder?

I am new in github and I clone some person empty github repo. There are only two file one of them readme and another license. When I clone it, I created some src/main/java folder as you know. but it doesn't support in intellij. how to support all file to the java?

What I have tried:

I tried to find an articles but I couldn't solve it.
