How to search m3u8 link at any website

Hi all, I want to build a program using VB.net which able to search any website to extract all live streaming link which connect to .m3u8 , but I dont know how to do it. if someone have experience or have concept to do, please kindly to share me know.

What I have tried:

currently I am looking for support about it, I still haven't code yet.

Use Google, they already have this code working.

do you know how they build this program , i mean want to see the code

Then you would have to talk to the developers of that program. If you actually bother to look at the link then you will find they mention a companion website at m3u8 Sniffer[^]
There is even a link to click to "Contact the Developer"
If you go to the companion site you will find that it is an Opensource project - so you can see the code
