What exactly is "a setup in visual studio"? A WIX project, your own custom command line program, a WinForm application, one of those old setup projects old versions of Visual Studio used to support, ...

You want your setup application to install sdelete? You can add the packages of whatever in the project and run the command as one of the steps. But the user will still get to choose if they want it.

I have a setup and i need to install sdelete.exe for a process so if it is easy to install with setup
