Stopping the nefarious popunder?

Does anyone know how to stop the dang netflix popunder? Microsoft says it has something to go with Media Center - but I have Windows 7 and no media center.

Popups are blocked.

Next suggestion is some sort of malware - I don't think so. This is a virign laptop straight from Dell. I guess that doesn't preclude malware ;), but it makes it unlikely.

Then other google links say to de-install netflix add on. There isn't any.

Ideas?
