Wordpress Post title to external page link

I have a wordpress blog.
Example : http://aaa.com/blog
I want to export automatickly on click the Post Name to a external page :
Postname : http://aaa.com/blog/a-red-apple
To external page : http://aaa.com/something/a-red-apple
The external page is : http://aaa.com/something/

That i want is the ["title"] to go > to [ "external page" + title ]
