Maximum width fix of Grid view column header according to user control width ?

Hi All,

When i re sized grid view column header (Left to right) width limit is according to user control width. Than i do not select grid view column header re size selection. Because grid view column header re size width are increased compare to user control width so i am not select end point of grid view column header. My actual problem is , i want to fix maximum width of grid view column headers (such as some columns header name in grid view Name,Detail,Size when i re size Name column left to right than i re sized on width of user control after than i not found end point selection of grid view column header)
