TFS Alert Explorer Missing The Email Alerts And Removing All The Emails

problem with my TFS Alert Explorer, When i am saving my Email Alerts its working properly but 2 day before it do an riduculas thing, alert explorer deleted all the email alerts from it, and also the condition which i made for alerts even it does not showing a simple email adress, this is very important for me , if any one knw about that so kindly proceed for the best answers, Thankhs
