Question in Tfs's Alerts Explore:
When The WorkItem's Assignee Changed.I want to the alerts explore send a Email to The Assignee.EveryBody may be the assignee.
I hope Alerts Explore's "send To (//in alerts Explore panel)" Changed When The assignee Changes.

Hi
You can go the the Alerts Explorer and select to create a new Alert, set the Scope to Team Alert and alert Category to Work Item, you should see in the list of Work Item templates a item that reads 'A work Item is assigned to me'.

That will when an item is assigned to any member send them an email.
