This looks like a very basic on-line store. I suggest to do with PHP & MySQL. Even if you don't have much experience in PHP, you can still learn because you are doing this for your school.. Play around with JQuery and advanced techs.

Hi,

It's all depend upon your proficiency. If you are comfortable with DotNet then go for it. You have to keep in mind that all languages are performing well only if you code it well.

Although many CMS are available with such functionality. If you have option to choose project then go for some other project that you never heard. If you are in school and you do not have idea about this languages then you can even develop some project in c/c++ like device driver.

Anyway, If you want to develop this project then it's all upto you. Which language is very familiar to you?

My Personal Opinion is .NET with MSSQL. It can be helpful to you in future. And first of all you have to learn HTML,CSS,JavaScript,JQuery because this all are common for all web applications.

Best of luck
Thanks
