problem with the appereance of IE9 in website display

hi.

i am using IE8 , when i navigate in several websites the appereance and features and pictures & ... are not clear and don't have any quality and even in

some sites pages can not be opened at all !

what is the problem ?

would you please help me?

why are u still sticked at IE, use Firefox or Chrome
