using launch condition property

Can anyone please help me to use launch condition property of visual studio set up project.
I want to check whether IIS is configured in a PC while running setup and abort the installation process. I have tried the following condition=^IISINSTALLED4CONFIG = "NoIIS"^ but didn't worked. Any help would be appreciated.
