TFS-Record and Replay Issues

While replaying the Recorded testcase in TFS
i am receiving the Error popup message in Control Buttons as below.

Play back action failed
Failed Action : Click 'Add' button
Error : The playback failed to find the Control with the given search properties.

With out TFS - Its working fine in browsers IE6,IE7,IE8 and Mozilla Firefox.

Is this due to Some Error in Coding for Controls Buttons? Kindly advice how to Solve this.
