Creating Setup Installer of a Console Program

Hi,

I create a console program.
Create a setUp Installer of the program, run the SetUp to my cumputer.
After the SetUp, an icon is placed on the desktop.

When I click the icon, the folder to which the App is located opened.
I right click on the icon and selected Find Target button, also
it opened the folder to which I App is located. Thats then that I could run the App.

How can i do it, that when i click on the icon, the program runs.?
What i need to do on the creation of the setup?
