How do I capture screen shot using PHP and javascript?

Hi all,

I need to capture screenshots of users screen visiting one url of website. Need to do it using php, javascript. can anyone please point me to the right direction. Also, i need to do it at regular interval and that captured image is required to be sent over to the server.
