Need code for opening new tab in n iframe in ExtJS

I'm working on the ext-php module with the help of ExtJS. There is a menu given on the left hand side with a tree structure. When I click a data link in the tree structure it opens in a new tab, but I want my grid to appear in the form of an i-frame. I want every grid to be maintained separately as well as in the in the application also. So all grids shall open in an i-frame.

I am looking for the code which gives grid in iframe.
