Any body know the solution please respond quickly. Any Third party tools are used for sending this type of text files in smtp environment.

Please don;t ask the same thing twice, or ask for your free help to also be quick.

The obvious way is to use C++/CLI. Otherwise, this[^] is a good place to start.
