directsound pcm live streaming

Hey i m using this project DLL Source For Buffer-based MP3 Decoding[^]
to decode a mp3 in a livestream and so i want to play it. but how can i write the output to a stream in directsound. Please help i cant find anything... have been using google 4 four days now
