How to increase default printing size in Crystal Report

I would like to change the printing size in crystal report for 8.5 * 12, I am using an Dot matrix printer, tried using Printer setup but nothing worked for me.

what do you mean? It's printing in other paper size? which one?

I hope this option will kick this issue for you.

Select the "No Printer" Option Under Print Setup[^]
