HTTP error 503. The service is unavailable [IIS 8]

I get this error every time after 1 week or 2 weeks, starting and stopping pool also does not solve the problem. when I restart the server then the problem gets resolved.

What I have tried:

tried assigning a separate dedicated pool for the application.

Can't see the error details, please include? Also check and include application log from Event Viewer
