Can we initially record webtest in other than IE browsers like Firefox,Chrome using vsts 2010 ultimate? If it is possible where we have to chsnge settings ?

I am not sure but changing your default browser settings should work! AFAIK, default browser is launched at the time of webtest. Try out.
