Is it possible to realize a video conference in a web page?

Hi Everyone.
I need to know if someone knows about this. I need to do a web page develop on VB.NET 2008 and in this web page it must go a Video Conference or a Video Call. I have searched but all the video conference in VB.NET is open with a Form and not a web page. Thanks a lot!!!

As far as I know, vb.net is not for developing web applications. You should try ASP.net
