I want to run android app using visual studio 2105 with xamarin but getting error please suggest.

I have tried to updated latest jdk & jre and set java path but don't get any solution for this.

Yes I have updated my vs 2015 it's latest version. Please suggest. vs setting and print hello app in android using vs and xamarin.
