How to check KeepAlive time and interval for windows 2012 Server R2?

I need to check the KeepAlive time and interval value for my Windows 2012 R2 Server. I tried checking "regedit" in this path

\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters

but I am not able to find it. Is there any other way to check it or If I am wrong please correct me.
