That works out to $83,000..$93,000 per annum gross. That's not a lot for an overseas posting from Europe or the US, but a decent salary in many parts of the world.

I have to think that no matter where you are. a Unix batch programmer is worth a heck of alot more than 45 per hour.

Deploy? Who is going to pay for the trip and the initial investment of moving?
I have seen "volunteer work" in Africa come by in the list of suggestions, where I'd be paying my own ticket, paying my housing, and work for free in Africa.

This morning I got a system warning, that tells me that my memory integrity is off.
Apparently, it's due to logitech drivers?!
Is that a new setting? Surprised it suddenly pop up, I didn't update any driver lately... But I think I had a system update yesterday, or recently...

u can review the incompactible drivers in the core isolation settings after a scan in the windows security. intel..logi etc

Yea, it's some logitech drivers, probably for the webcam, who knows? (there are like 4 of them though, strange), and I tried to update webcam driver, but there ain't any updates :/

Are you sure the warning is real, and not a web browser "notification" spam?
I've seen several computers where the browser (usually Chrome) was set to allow sites to request permission to display desktop notifications. Someone had allowed a random site to display notifications. The site had installed a service worker, so that it continued to run in the background - including when Chrome was closed. That script then popped up random "Your antivirus is about to expire" warnings, with links to "renew" the license.
In Chrome, go to settings, privacy and security, site settings, notifications, and ensure that "Sites can ask to send notifications" it turned off. If there are any sites listed under "Allowed to send notifications", click the three dots next to them and select "remove".
In Firefox, it's settings, privacy & security, notifications, settings. Tick "Block new requests asking to allow notifications". If any sites are listed set to "allow", then remove them.
In Edge, it's settings, cookies and site permissions, notifications. Confusingly, disable "ask before sending", which will block sites from asking. Remove any sites from the "allow" list.

This is the "Core Memory Isolation" feature that's been in Windows 10 for several years now (not sure which release it appeared in). Go to System/Security and then device security. You can reenable it there.
