It's just windows 10. Not even 10.1.

Most of the UI changes aren't that big. But there might be something annoying you, you have to try it out - no one can tell you, as we all have different things we find important. For me, the changes are just "meh".

Then they added some bloatware (Teams), but improved wsl2, so the usual back and forth. Certainly nothing that couldn't just have been Windows 10 21h2 (as they clearly know, hence the version remains 10.0).
