His first QA answer, and it's replying to a question from last November to recommend searching CodeProject for a specific article.
Two problems with that: first, the topic of the article was already suggested in the previous solution posted back in November. Second, the article he's promoting is his own article, posted on Wednesday.
There's no missing solution number, so he's actively sought out an old solved question to promote his own article.
(I'm holding off on linking to the user for now, since he's been around for over 15 years and posted multiple articles.)
