True, but our churn is dependent on that of our customers.
If they have churn, we have it too.
The difference is that we're getting paid for it.

I've been hearing this a lot too.
Frankly, I don't really care.
It's nice when customers use your software, but if they don't, they don't.
As long as they pay for it it's not my time that was wasted, but their money.
