It's not spam - there is no advert or link involved - but it isn't an answer, and it's been closed as such.

It's close to trolling, but I think it's a "watch list" job rather than a "Report and kill" member.

But independant if trolling or Spam (as I wrote because for me a senseless answer is also Spam) - it wasn't an answer ... but perhaps a try to get Rep-Points ... Unsure | :~

Maybe you need to sharpen your scraping filter.
005 (Jake's kid bro) should be hammered as a troll, not a spammer.
And I suspect the same goes for other trolls.
Still I guess anything that shows them the door in a timely fashion...

The problem with that is that there is no standard for reporting spammers / trolls that everyone uses: and you can't get access to the spam / troll counts without voting.

It doesn't actually matter though: the site treats them the same and the total troll + spam vote count is what kills them. (I think Chris told us that a few years back, but I can't remember exactly when).

It happens from time to time... and I don't know exactly what triggers it.

There are times that @Sean-Ewington gives 2nd chances, but the number of resets is bigger than the number of guys that would deserve a 2nd chance.

The disabled accounts... not sure what triggers it, but is something being experimented right now.
