He's an idiot, and a lazy student, for sure.
And he's becoming a drain on resources, a PITA, and somewhat annoying.
But as Help Vampires go, he's not the worst - some of 'em appear to be hanging on to a job they can't do by asking here - and I'm not sure we should just kick off annoying question askers. We haven't kicked anyone for Vampirism that I remember and it would set a precedent.
Is refusing to learn anything that might help you trolling? I'm not convinced, so I haven't voted for the ban hammer.

Yeah, it was a fine line for me. As you said, refusing to learn isn't a kickable offence. But he was definitely starting to cross the line into trolling when I reported him.
