In West Pond, the time changed early today. I only realized after noticing that the time on some devices was an hour ahead of others!

I realized this morning that the clock in my truck was finally correct again...after being an hour off for around 4 months now. ...and I didn't even have to do anything!

That or a broke clock it right twice a day. Unless it's a military clock then once per day.

Had a Win10 update this morning.
Took hours to download and install and then about half an hour to restart.
Largest update I've had in years.
I'm not really sure what changed either, except that my mouse feels a bit off.
It moves slightly faster, but not always.
I've checked my mouse settings and it seems pretty standard.
Disabled the mouse pointer precision enhancement, which feels more natural.
It sounds pretty ridiculous and I can't back it up with data, but something feels off nonetheless.

Its a known issue with adjustable/high DPI mice (i.e. gaming compatible mice).
Could be your issue. If it is, you should have a way to adjust your DPI to something lower when not gaming, etc.
It was my issue as well, along with not being able to drag windows from one monitor to another. I adjusted my DPI below the threshold (google this as I forget) and it works fine now.
Another popular suggestion/fix is to use a regular non-gaming mouse with your computer/laptop, and use the high/adj DPI mouse when gaming only.

I've got about the simplest mouse that you can find
Two buttons and a wheel, plug and play, by Microsoft.

I am running the latest version of Windows 10 and a plain jane mouse. Works perfectly, no issues.
Perhaps it's just you.
