Just looked again at the schematic. Put a 10k resistor in series on the input (the signal marked SET/RESET) otherwise you risk frying the transistor.

Neat!. I learned to code on a 65C816 running usually in 6502 compat mode.
I learned assembly on it when I was like 9, so i'll take a look. =)

If you just bought billions of non-usable PNP transistors of Amazon, or billions of usable PNP transistors of Alibaba, I'd say the odds are about 100%

OK - another solution, even if a bit late for the party.
Since you were clearly online as typed your post I'd suggest just borrowing one from you system's CPU. I mean I'm sure there are at least 1.73 scillions of them in there and it's unlike to miss a few.
Just put it back when you're done with it.
