Now out of beta and available for everyone, GitHub CLI 1.0 brings GitHub to the terminal where developers can manage their own workflows. Now instead of using the command-line for git, you can use the command-line!

Probably because most IT decisions are not now under the sales / accounting department?
And even when they are still not there... how many IT departments do take decisions to actually increase productivity?
90% of the time is:
- "you can't do that"
- "Ok, I won't, but how can i achieve X"
- "I don't know, but not like this"
Or
Let's block everything up and don't let the developers do their job, because the secretary of XXX department just clicked on a link of a malicious email.
