The easy-cheesy answer is "yes".
Overall, I think he's a brilliant marketer with some good ideas, but he tends to sniff his own fumes a bit too much for his own good.

I don't think they are using sarcasm... that would imply some intelligence and I abandoned trying to find some in the politicians some time ago
