I'd always assumed that it was so that any attempt to record music from the broadcast would be ruined by you having a voice-over ruining the track.

Nah I agree, it will die out soon enough. I only use it in the car, and even then I sometimes prefer to hook my phone up and stream exactly what I want.
Like you, I can live without it, and I certainly won't miss it when it's gone.

Andri from Pagefire - Those Creatures from Ganon are Pretty bad[^]
I had never heard of Andri of Pagefire before this week.
Apparently, Pagefire is a channel with "how to make [metal genre]" videos and book reviews and funny stuff, if that's your kind of funny.
Andri's other project is Rubeus and the Hagrids, Harry Potter themed metal.
Those Creatures from Ganon are Pretty bad is "A song about Nintendo characters dying and nothing else."
I can really dig the Nintendo bleeps and Super Mario sounds with the otherwise pretty heavy death metal
Comedy aside, this song is pretty tight!

I only played A Link to the Past when I was a young teen and I loved it.
Two years ago I got a NES and SNES Mini and I played Zelda 1 and 2.
Those games are just frustrating.
So I decided to try A Link to the Past again, but that did not age well either
I played BOTW over at a friend, but I'm just not sure if it's for me.

I demonstrated this many times in my own way, I will definitely hear what someone who doesn't butcher math has to say.
And it's better to not start with too challenging material, there is no use in starting from quantum mechanics to feel intelligent but not understanding anything
