Even if it has a strong smell of spam, there is no link yet, so I did not flag it as spam (I don't want to confuse the hamsters). On the other hand, this is really of very poor quality, even if it was a tip/trick. I went for "Extremely poor quality" and followed the account, waiting for it to publish its payload.
