Maybe it's the type of bug they were trying to find. Lots of the bugs in MS's bug database may not be the kind of bug these researchers care about. Like the icon is the wrong color.

Websites are a perfect example of what can happen:
1. The developer community shunned FrontPage; letting anyone create data-driven website with zero knowledge.
2. Have you ever seen the HTML generated from an Office App (eg Word, Excel) when you choose "Save as webpage"?
Just reading through the Q&As we can see no-code programming; a lot of is Copy & Paste of things such as "i saw this example on youtube" or "I found this class how can I make it work".
Nevermind the ever present SQL Injection vulnerabilities that are being called out from this coding practice
