There's an awful lot of truth to this, more than people would like to admit.
Personally I hope this convinces a lot of middle managers they don't need to have people filling seats at an office to do their jobs, and a lot more keep doing so. If nothing else, it'll save people a lot of time and money, and they'll be happier for it.
Of course, I suspect reality will set in, the slackers will ruin it for everybody else, and it'll be back to life as usual.

I hate it when reality ruins my pipe dreams  I too have been hoping this is a reset on the way most companies work.
