Thumbs Up | Well said!

As a solo dev with a number of desktop business apps, early on I found that the most important features I would ever write were program updaters and support tools. Combined with an automated deployment system it means that I can sometimes find and fix a problem/bug, recompile, deploy, and patch a customer's system all in a 15 minute phone call/remote. More often than not, bugs are fixed the same day as reported, depending on complexity.

My current software apps have no reported bugs. My customers are great at testing! Laugh |
