He joined today, first post, and he wants to register for a site using software.
Now, to me, that's either spam (to get his URL in) or abuse, I think - I can't think of a legitimate reason to need to write software to register for a site except to post loads and load of spam, or to manipulate votes, or do something similar to it.

I've gone for abuse, but ... your thoughts?

I am not sure, but neobux is a get rich by ... site. So I guess he wants to register lots of accounts and make a fortune. I'll go with the same vote as you.

Then takes the same dump and posts as another answer in the same question but marks it as a question even after he was warned about being down voted.
