If we reported every student that did that, we'd have to ban half of 'em - most do learn that they need to understand how to do things and that that involves actually doing it themselves at some point.

Report the item as "not a question" and go to the next.
One of two... he learns how to use CP or he goes and doesn't come back.
Banning the account would be too much in my opinion.
