With regards to the article mentioned above, I feel that in addition to C++, it would be good to have C# sample as well as C# is more relevant. Would like to know what others feel about this article...

I feel that the article would fit better as a Tip.

I don't see what language choice has to do with the moderation of an article, though. If an author chooses to write their article/tip in C++ then it's exactly that, a C++ article/tip. It should not be held back just because it's not your language of choice or because another language is more "relevant".

This is what you typically see on a website for a software product - a sales brochure, and not much more.

I can't believe it was approved.

These two users : https://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=14289958 and https://www.codeproject.com/script/Membership/View.aspx?mid=14346286 seem to be having a contest of who can post the most spam. It's coming so fast they appear to be posting with a script of some sort.

Their format seems to be fairly consistent so they are making it easy for you to make a little filter that could notify you when it sees an article posted with lots of Unicode text in the title.

This article is horrible. It is very little more than a header file dump. It has no discussion of the implementation or examples of use or anything else that would be helpful.

I can't believe it was approved. I would have voted against it if I had seen it before.

Imran Abdul Ghani - Professional Profile[^] is an active user with 13 articles and 92 blogs.

But the two recently posted articles What Everyone Ought to Know about Big Data[^] and An Introduction to Blockchain Technology[^] contain both a link to takethiscourse.net.

If this would be articles from a new user I would have reported them as spam / site driving.

Maybe @sean-ewington can have a look and maybe a word with him.

I see the classic review need message in the homepage (box on the right with article/tips list), but there is no link to the pages, just the name of the user which "posted" the article.

In the third paragraph, the text "... paid software solutions exists ..." is a link to a commercial product. Seems like it would qualify as spam, but the rest of the article looks useful.

Maybe one for @Sean-Ewington to judge? Smile | :)

Maybe @sean-ewington can have a word with him. It is a long time member with many articles so I decided to post it here.

In the C++ Tip: Erase-remove Idiom Revisited[^] he cited from the C++17 STL Cookbook without proper indication:

That is followed by naming the author and the source:
