this article contains a lot of links (even the picture is a link) to the proprietary blog of the guy. If the article was a blog, it is supposed to be allowed (I think it shouldn't though) but what to do in this case?
I post it here to avoid "site driving" answers if I post it in other place.

If he feeds the same thing please let me know. Sometimes people have problems with their blog entries showing up so they just start submitting articles and not changing the content. It's a tricky line with this one. Sometimes they are trying to spam links to their blog, sometimes they are just lazy and upset with a broken aggregator. I don't want to condemn them all, but maybe take them on a case by case basis.

I am sorry Sean, but I don't see my question answered yet.
If a Blog that have been pulled, contains (let's say) 7 or 8 Links to other blog entries with external URLs... is this allowed or not?
I have already seen a lot of blogs full of links to other "parts" of the same Blog domain. E.g.:
This entry is the continuation of this [LINK_to_Blog]. Here we will speak in detail about XXX. If you are new to this topic, you can refer to [LINK_to_Blog] to see part 1 and to [LINK_to_Blog] to see part 2 of the basics. If you are interested in mixing this with that, you can have a look to [LINK_to_Blog] to see the dependant parts and how they interact.
What would you say in one like this?

In my personal opinion... It should not be allowed, it doesn't matter where.
If I want my Blog being fed here, then I can adapt the links the same that I am adapting the code snippets to CP-Project.

I don't think it's reasonable to ask people to submit their blog entries and then chase them around asking them to take all the links to their own blog out (which is a perfectly reasonable thing to do as a blog author). Within reason, of course. Blog authors can select which entries they want aggregated to CodeProject, but I think it would deter them from sharing their entries to force them to adhere to strict, "no post link" guidelines. Again, within reason, some blog entries go too far.
If you're posting an article, it's not just being pulled from a blog, it doesn't necessarily make sense to have links to your blog, you should have just shared it as a blog entry in the first place.

Blog: If it is a something discrete... leave it. If it is way too full of links, then ask him or tell you.
Article: Since you are writing it out of the blog, then the blog links are not justified and hence not desired.

I have revisited this for another reason and checked the other blogs of the guy... I would say... you should have a look.
All of them contains no relevant image with linkat the beginning
3 of them contain cat gifs and links to youtube for the whole cat video

The author of SketchIt - A Brief Introduction[^] (the poster of the below thread) needs some help.
The article has been approved meanwhile so that my discussion with him on the pending version is lost.
It contains an "Editorial Note" on the top which he states has not been shown in the editor.
He also wrote that he send a version by email to the submit address. So maybe someone is already working on it.

Moderated articles are reviewed by members with the required access levels. When they do this, and how long it takes, is entirely random. If you do not want to wait, then you can submit your article directly as explained in the FAQ. It will then be looked at by a CodeProject staff member.

There is no average time. Pending articles are reviewed by other members with sufficient reputation. Once five members have approved an article it is finally published.
You should expect some hours up to a day depending on the submission time and the article content (topic and quality). It will take longer at the weekend and usually longer during UTC night times.
I for example approve only articles where I know at least the basics about the topic or the article teaches me those basics in a good manner. Because others here doing that too, it may take longer for particular topics.

This recently published article : Novice To Ninja With Typescript[^] (by Muhammad Usama Khan - Professional Profile)[^] has the images missing.
I noticed that the article refs the images at:

but they are really at:

Is this a bug? This happened to me the other day too. I just deleted and re-uploaded and it fixed mine.
EDIT
As I said in another thread --- all problems eventually self-heal.
The crazy thing is that the /scripting/ path started working and displaying the images.
I guess that is correct then??

Someone repaired the images. Thanks for giving a hand.
The point is... the images had nothing to do with technology and one of them is a known MEME Image, which I really doubt that the user has rights about it.
Would you mind to have a look if they are really appropriate? I would say no.

I can't edit the article I have been working on for a couple of days.
I click the "work on it" link" but it never returns to edit mode.
I've tried it a number of times and even gotten an Abort, Retry, Fail message.

how to deploy a specific dll using TFS/VSTS,
