We're seeing an issue with tabs (eg the "articles needing approval") that will be fixed in the next hour or two.

Yep - that's fixed too (pending deployment). jQueryUI changed the names on us and we never noticed.

There is a gap of a few pixels between the menu headers "articles", "quick answers", "discussions", ... and the drop down portion that appears. If the mouse position shows up inside this gap while moving from the menu header to the drop down portion, the drop down menu disappears.
Just pick a menu and slowly move the mouse down and you'll replicate it every time in Chrome 58.0 and IE 11. It doesn't seem to happen in Edge.

I see exactly the same problem. 100% zoom on Chrome 58.
There's a very visible gap under "quick answers" and an unnoticeable gap under the others but you still have to move the mouse very quickly to get over it (sometimes) without the dropdown going away.

That sometimes happens to me with the notifications red square and the popup menu

This is happening to me in Chrome. Latest version. Actually it is happening on the main navigation items at the top. If I highlight "community" and try to select "Lounge" the drop down menu disappears on me.
This appears to have just started as it was working yesterday for me.

Is there something wrong with 'Latest Best Picks' section? There's an article with score of 1.36 at spot #2 for quite some time.

It's actually different.
Some bad articles get lots of good votes (it doesn't matter if by friends or because some people really like bad articles).
But in this case the article has really BAD votes.

The articles are sorted in descending order by number of upvotes. Unfortunately some poor articles have received lots of upvotes (and obviously even more downvotes). I've fixed and am waiting for an unrelated issue to be completed before we deploy.

Previously, as far as I remember, it used to show what is the rating of an answer, whether it is marked as answer, or not etc.
Now it does not show that, I tried it with my account logged in and without the account logged in, both cases show no information, only a list of posts. Is this a change, or hamster attack?

Hi. A few days ago, I've applied for Intel Corporation (Member 6080260) group membership and I'd like to know if I have been enrolled or not. Since then, I've received no notifications about. Can you check and tell me exactly if I'm in this group ??

Generally when a company creates a group account, they are creating it to give access to certain members within their organization. I assume when group accounts were created, the idea was that they would be open to anyone joining, which means any member of CodeProject can apply to join ANY group.
The unintended result is members end up applying for groups that weren't meant to be open to the public. For example, people apply to join private CodeProject groups all the time that are intended for staff. Every week I reject a few applications for groups I have access to.
The Intel Corporation account is meant to be a private group for Intel people (at least, when it was created). Also, sometimes the people managing the accounts don't necessarily understand how to manage their group, or may not be interested in logging in every week just to reject applicants.
So unfortunately, they likely won't accept you into the group because it was not intended for CodeProject members, and you may never get a notification that indicates your application has been rejected if the person managing the group does not log in to manually reject the application.

Hello,
Today, I want to download a source from CodeProject.
Everithing is fine, but when I try to download, I was always redirected to this page :
https://www.codeproject.com/script/Common/Error.aspx?errres=NoFileName
The error message is not clear and the tip in the URL indicate NoFileName is not help.
After many tries, I finally find that I configure my browser (Firefox and the RefControl extension) to block all referer (privacy and tracking protection), after allow CodeProject to use referer, it's work.
I understand this kind of "protection" to avoid direct link from other website, BUT AT LEAST, please, put an explicit message to understand why the download not start.
