Are you compiling the file winocc.cpp? That is a MFC source file that must not be compiled by applications (it is part of the MFC DLLs).

Regarding the file name cases:
Windows file names are not case sensitive. While the case is preserved by the file system, it is ignored when opening files.

As already mentioned by Richard:
Never change any of the system include files.
