A quick ethical question

"Without 'ethical culture,' there is no salvation for humanity."

The question is this: Is it OK to replace the Author, Company, and Icon resources in the freeware library so that you and your company are credited with the contents of the created archive?

Whenever you take work someone else created and represent it as your own it is theft and fraud. You have stolen work you did not do and fraudulently represented it as your own. Anyone who does this has no ethics or honor and if I found out about it as a customer, I would immediately switch to another vendor. One I could trust.

What is the problem with giving credit to the author?
