Your SQL-Statement is invalid. You probably intended it to look like this:
C#
"Select Count(*) from Login where Username = '" + Username_text + "' and Password= '" + Password_text + "'"
                              ^
But:

1) You shouldn't build SQL-Statements by concatenating strings for values. Your application is susceptible to SQL-injection (Google it) which can lead to inadvertent or deliberate destruction of your whole database. Use SQL-parameters instead.

2) You shouldn't store passwords in plain text.

3) You should use using-statements for your SqlConnection and SqlCommand.
